Story

My wife Jo was diagnosed with terminal cancer in February 2022. Later in 2022 she was admitted to St Ann's Hospice Heald Green as an in-patient for 3 weeks. The care that Jo received from the staff at St Ann's Hospice meant that she was well enough to come home and fulfil her last wish to die peacefully in her sleep with me by her side.
