I'm Glen and I'm a Paediatric Staff Nurse on the Children's Ward (Ward 15) at North Tees Hospital. I am taking part in a charity MMA fight to help raise funds for new equipment and a new play room for the children who attend the children's surgical day unit.

There is currently no play room available on the surgical day unit and having the use of a play room would make the children's experience a little more pleasurable as it is often a daunting experience for children who require surgery. Please dig deep into your pockets as every little will help and lets put some smiles on those little kiddies faces.

All donations will be much appreciated and I'd like to say a big thank you on behalf of all the children and the staff of the children's department at North Tees.
