We’re incredibly honoured to have been shortlisted for 2 categories in this year’s Drapers Sustainable Fashion Awards: ReCommerce and Ones To Watch.

Give Your Best offers one of the very few solutions in the fashion industry which directly supports and includes communities routinely excluded not only form sustainable fashion but from fashion at all.

5.5 million people live in clothing poverty in the UK alone, while more than £140m worth of clothes are wasted every year. What is exciting is that a solution bridging this gap, for the benefit of both the people and planet, is being recognised as player alongside other amazing businesses.

But in order to be fully included, we need your help!

Attending the awards ceremonies is very expensive, which is unfortunate because this might exclude small nonprofit startups like us. But we strongly believe that exactly because of that, we should be in the room. We should be there for the inclusion of organisations like ours, for visibility and representation of the community we support, with the refugee women from our community and the volunteers who have worked tirelessly to make a difference in people’s lives.

So we’re launching this fundraiser!

Can you help us take the Give Your Best team to the Draper’s Sustainable Fashion Awards?

Full transparency: taking 10 members of our team to the awards (which is 1/5th of our team) costs £2,250 so we’re launching a fundraiser for £1000 to cover the seats of our refugee team members, any funds raised over the budget will also go to cover our volunteer’s seats.
