I'm raising money for Central YMCA's Socially Active campaign. All the donations will be used to support our social prescription projects, which offer an unique blend of exercise classes, social events and holistic support for those with long-term health conditions. The programmes aim to improve people's overall wellbeing and quality of life in a non-medical setting.
