As CEO of YMCA Derbyshire I am sleeping rough for one night so others do not have to. I have worked for the YMCA for more than 30 years and never witnessed such demand for and pressure on our services. Worryingly homelessness, cost of living and mental health needs continue to increase .To counter act this the YMCA works together with those we serve to create positive pathways and environments where our young people flourish through access to training, education, youth, community and psychotherapy services
