I'm part of a team of four, taking on Race the Sun Brecon Beacons for the children's charity Action Medical Research, the charity has been running for over 70 years, supporting and funding research into diseases you never want to hear your child has fallen victim to.

Please help support Jane, Phil, Chris (my husband), and myself in our efforts to raise £4,000 that will go towards the research, treatment, and support to help reduce the devastation and impact on the lives of babies, young children, and their families, when faced with rare and incurable diseases.

In June i will be setting off at sunrise to cycle 36 miles, hike 10 miles (combined ascent 5,000ft), and then kayak 2 miles around Pontsticill Reservoir in a race against the sun setting.

By supporting the four of us you will be helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.
