Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm raising money to help Phoenix Health and Wellbeing provide more life changing support for people in Leeds who have chronic health conditions and low incomes. The support offered really does improve quality of life and I some cases actually saves life! Please give whatever you can - every little really does help!

About the charity

We offer hope and support to people who have complex, chronic health conditions such as cancer, Parkinson's disease, chronic pain and/or chronic mental health issues. All of these people have low incomes and are referred to us by medical professionals such as GP's or NHS Consultants.
