Story

Please support Platform Housing Group's cycle challenge to help terminally ill and disabled children

This summer colleagues from Platform Housing Group are taking on an epic cycle challenge riding right across the Midlands. The Group have chosen to raise money for Newlife, whose nurses and researchers support terminally ill and disabled children and their families.

On June 21st we’ll begin the two-day 216 mile challenge riding out from Worcester, heading south to the iconic Severn Bridge and back on day one, and out into the Cotswold District on day two. The route will take in some of the Group’s sites and schemes that form part of the huge patch we cover across the Midlands.

Riders of all abilities will take on the challenge, some doing the whole route, others joining for 50 or 25 mile stages. Riders will include a range of colleagues from directors to community officers, maintenance operatives and customer hub managers. All of those involved will be pushing themselves beyond their limits to support the work of Newlife.

Thank you.
