Story
In loving memory of Eileen Fitzgerald, my wee sister and my very special friend Marie Gormley, who I met over 37 years ago.
They both ran fundraisers for this charity in the past and I feel it would be fitting to do the same in their memory and raise money to help.
So now or never for my 65th birthday and while I still can! I plan to walk 65km, 1km for each year and a couple extra for luck!
Thanks for supporting my fundraising. I will be walking 65km around Lough Fea - which works out at 4 laps of the Lough for 3 days then to finish 5 laps on the last day - this July to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. The final day of the walk will be 8th July 2023 - my 65th birthday!
