Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
I am running The London 10K in support of the Multiple Sclerosis Trust. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a condition that can affect the brain and spinal cord, causing a wide range of potential symptoms, including problems with vision, arm or leg movement, sensation or balance. It's a lifelong condition that can sometimes cause serious disability, although it can occasionally be mild. Average life expectancy is slightly reduced for people with MS. It's most commonly diagnosed in people in their 20s, 30s and 40s although it can develop at any age. It's about 2 to 3 times more common in women than men. MS is one of the most common causes of disability in younger adults.
I am running in support of family members and friends who have MS as I want to help gain the funding to help find a cure and a way to best support people struggling with the condition.
I am looking forward to running 10k and would appreciate your support in fundraising for this amazing charity.
Thank you in advance and feel free to come and support on the day, July 14th. Cheers and encouragement will be highly appreciated and stickers will be given in return!
