In July I am taking on a huge challenge to run 50 miles from Penrith to Coniston as part of the Montane Lakeland 50 event. I have 24 hours to do this but I hope to do it much quicker!

I haven’t ran a marathon yet and this is almost double with 2789m of fells!

I hope to raise as much money as I can for a charity very close to my heart. 4eden (formally Eden Mencap) is a local Penrith based charity that help adults and children with learning disability and autism.

I worked at 4Eden for 3 years, their work is incredible - not only do they have a space for service users to visit each day, they encourage independent living and the opportunity to work within the community e.g 4eden Cafe 

This fantastic team now look after my little brother Max where they go above and beyond to organise activities Max loves whilst enabling my family some respite care. 

They wouldn’t be able to do this without charitable donations so if you can spare any change at all whilst I take on this ridiculous challenge I would be so grateful and it will get me to the finish line!
