Hi, I am having a Nestless Night for Action for Children, where i will be sleeping outside the Swansea.com stadium on the 6th of October.

Helping Ospreys in the Community to their £15,000 target to support young peoples mental health in the Ospreys region! This money will go to sustain work within primary & secondary schools helping to build resilience, self esteem, confidence and recognise how and when to ask for help. OitC & Action for Children have supported 3000 young people over the last 3 years and all money raised will go to sustain the programmes for the next 12 months.
