Well folks I’m at it again! You’d have thought the first 10K would have finished me off but here I am!

As many of you know, my wonderful aunt passed away from MND on the 06/10/2023.

MND is a cruel and relentless disease with no current cure. That's why I am committed to continuing the fight against this condition and raising much-needed funds for research, support, and awareness.

I know so many of you have donated before and probably want me to stop waffling on about this illness but every contribution, big or small, will go directly towards organisations dedicated to MND research and support. Your donation is an investment in hope, progress, and a future where MND is finally eradicated.

So here I go again, I'll be running in honour of my aunt, celebrating her spirit, her zest for life and honouring the woman she was and always will be!
