Story

I'm raising money to help the RNLI save lives at Sea. Working at the RNLI, I have seen the impact the volunteer crew members, lifeguards, shop volunteers, engagement volunteers, fundraisers and the water safety education team have. I would like to show my appreciation to all the wonderful people that have aided this charity over the last 200 years and support the RNLI in its third century and beyond to continue to save lives and return loved ones to their families and friends.

This will be my 2nd time running the London Marathon, having been a participant in 2022. I'm ready to challenge myself again, however this time I feel incredibly lucky to be running for a charity that resonates with me and a part of my everyday life. This year will be extra special as I'm running with my brother and sister, who are also raising money for the RNLI.

If you or someone you know has been rescued at sea, I would be extremely grateful for your support, whether that is a like, comment, share of my posts or a donation.

Thank you for taking the time to read the reason why I am taking part in this amazing event. If you would like to find out more about the RNLI, please visit the website.
