Event: London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024, on 7 April 2024
In memory of Simon Roberts
You'll be passing by some of London's most iconic landmarks, soaking up the atmosphere and being pushed forward by the sounds of cheering supporters. And all the while knowing you're helping to build a better future for healthcare.

Story

On 7 April I, along with my sister and our friend Drew, will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024. I will be running in support of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, this is an organisation and cause which is very personal to me.

In August 2021 my father passed away and his final weeks were spent being treated at Guy’s and St Thomas’. The unwavering and tireless care which they gave to my father was incredible and became a huge source of comfort for my family and me.

In running this event I will not only be raising funds for a great cause but also in memory of a great man.

If you are able to support in any way so that others can receive the support my father did, it would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
