This year, I am taking on the challenge of running the London Marathon, and I’m thrilled to be raising funds for: the Furniture Makers' Charity.

The Furniture Makers' Charity is a UK-based organization that provides essential support to those in the furniture industry, including workers facing hardship, retirees in need, and young people entering the trade. They are dedicated to promoting craftsmanship, supporting education, and ensuring that the industry thrives for generations to come.

Why I’m Running:

I decided to take on this challenging marathon not only for my own personal growth but also to give back to an incredible charity that does so much for the people behind the furniture we use every day. From providing financial aid to individuals who’ve fallen on hard times to helping apprentices take their first steps in the industry, the Furniture Makers' Charity plays a pivotal role in supporting the workers who have built the UK’s furniture sector.
