Dave, Georges daddy passed away after receiving a new heart and since then George and his mum Louise have been raising funds for this great charity.

Since losing his daddy, George has already raised £77,000 from previous challenges and in 2024 he has a busy scheduled with the following event, in hope of reaching the £100k goal.

1) May: Host his own junior charity golf day at Wigan Golf Club.

2) June: Attempting to play 9 holes on 5 different courses in 5 different countries in just 24 hours, which could be a Guinness world record.

3) September: A social evening with great entertainment, when we will announce the final monies raised in memory of Dave Hughes.
