Zoë’s Place provides a short break service, palliative and end-of-life care to babies and infants aged from birth to 5 years, living with life-limiting or    life-threatening conditions. Reading the stories of the kids has made me do something that I always wanted to do. So I am doing a tandem skydive to raise money. So please help.
