Story

Our dear friends Rick and Fi have been dealt a difficult hand this summer. Their son Angus was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and has started his chemotherapy treatment at the Royal Marsden in Sutton.

We want to do something to help them, so we are taking part in the Oxford Half Marathon 2023 on October 15th, 2023 to raise funds for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. This charity raises money solely to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. They ensure their nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, they will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

We are aiming to raise £500 for this incredible cause. Please join us in our mission to make a difference in the fight against cancer! Every donation counts!
