62 miles for CALM
Five and a half years ago, in April 2019 we lost Paul Oliver to suicide. He was a father, husband, friend and all of that in between. He passed away at just 53 years old.
He was a ridiculously funny, genuine, generous, down to earth, there for everyone type of guy. But beneath all that, he suffered with his mental health. And he suffered with it for a long time.
So much of what we see on the surface, isn't always the same as what's beneath. Everyone has their demons and struggles, and sometimes it feels like there really is no other way out and you're lost in this world on your own - or you think it would be a better place without you in it.
But that's not the case. You never have to be alone, and every light burns brighter together.
And that's why we're doing 62 Miles in October for CALM. Together. Because being together helps ease the pain - whether it's looking for the light at the end of the tunnel, or grieving for those who didn't make it there.
Do it for each other, do it for Olle.
