Story
My name is Gena
I am taking part of the World Lupus Day 10 day challenge for Lupus UK.
In 2022 - I have participated, raised awareness and funds- 10 days Vegan Challenge.
In 2023 - I walked 15K steps a day for 10 days
However this year 2024- I can only do simple tasks and achievable goals that doesn’t compromise my overall health due to my recent treatment (radiation therapy) my body is not ready for more rigorous physical activity. I have many health conditions that forbid me to do cardio exercises that elevates my heart rate. My challenge will be going to the Gym for 10 consecutive days.
