Story

In July 2025, Kerry, Gemma and Emma have challenged themselves to take on the Cotswolds Mighty Hike to help raise money for people living with cancer.

Kerry and Emma are honouring their Mum who is going through breast cancer for a second time and starts her chemo.

“We wanted to do something to show our appreciation to the amazing people out there who have supported our Mum through this.”

Unfortunately cancer has an impact on so many peoples life's. Macmillan is a fantastic source of support for people affected by cancer and their family’s. I myself have had friends and family going through cancer treatments and raising money to macmillan is something that I think is so important.

We’d be so grateful if you could help us reach our £250 pledge, which can pay for Macmillan Nurse for one day. This could provide people living with cancer and their families essential medical, practical and emotional support.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.

Thank you!
