Story
Our beloved colleague and friend, Rose Bristow, was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) earlier this year. This progressive and life-altering condition has brought immense challenges, but it has also highlighted Rose’s incredible strength and resilience. Her determination to remain her remarkable self throughout this journey is truly inspiring.
MND is a relentless disease that affects the nerves in the brain and spinal cord, leading to muscle weakness, loss of mobility, and difficulties with speech, swallowing, and breathing. While there is currently no cure, we believe that with your help, we can make a significant difference.
Whether you can donate £1 or £50, every penny counts in the fight against MND. The Waster’s are taking part in the 75 miles challenge during October, alongside their four-legged friends, to support families affected by motor neurone disease and to honor our dear Rose.
The funds raised will provide essential care and support for people living with MND, their families, and carers. Additionally, it will fund vital research to better understand the disease and bring us closer to finding a cure.
Your support will make a profound difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
