10 mile Midnight to Sunrise Walk, 21 June 2024
Friday 21st June

Story

On Friday 21st June myself, my sister Hayley and my lifelong friends Lou, Tina and Hayley are taking on the DougieMac 10 mile Midnight to Sunrise walk.

Personally, this is a charity which is close to all our hearts.

We are walking the 10 miles in memory of loved ones we have lost and our family and friends who are day by day fighting on with strength and courage. We love you all 💗

A time to be proud and raise money for Dougie Mac, who can continue to provide the care, support and fantastic work that they do!

Every year, Dougie Mac provides all hospice services free of charge to adults, young adults and children living with a life-limiting illness in Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and the surrounding villages; also offering supportive care for their families and carers.

They support adults living with cancer and non-cancer life-limiting illnesses such as advanced heart failure, Dementia, motor neurone disease, and incurable lung diseases.

Providing specialist care and support services for children with life-shortening conditions, due to illness or injury, from birth through to supporting young adults with independence.
