Story

I'm joining Kevin Sinfield and completing my own 7 in 7 challenge. Kevin is running 7 ultra-marathons - but then he is a professional sportsman! My 7 in 7 challenge is going to be walking. Walking 7 long distance trails across 7 counties in the UK throughout 2024. I’m doing this to raise money to support families, that are living with motor neurone disease as I know first hand the impacts of this debilitating condition.

I will be taking on this challenge in memory of my Dad who passed away in July from MND.

Your support will make a difference to peoples lives. I know this, as my Dad and our family was provided support from the MNDa throughout Dad’s illness and even after he was gone. They provide emotional support, support groups, equipment and monetary help to people suffering with MND and to their families.

Whether you can donate £7, or £77, every penny counts in the fight against MND. The money raised will provide care and support for people living with, and affected by MND. It will also fund vital research to help better understand the disease and bring us closer to finding a cure.

Thank you for your support.
