Dear friends,

We are aiming to raise awareness of, and money for the Ovacome charity during August.

Our Tina has been having treatment for the past 20 months and the invaluable support she's received from this wonderful charity has been amazing.

We'd like to say thank you to them.

As a result, we've decided to take on a challenge to show our support.

Paul has said he would cover the average daily mileage of our 3 delivery vans.. which is on average 450 miles!

So he's decided to

Run 90 miles

Cycle 315 miles in August.

I’m not quite that crazy but I’ve committed to walking 100 miles in Epping Forest and surrounding areas & our general manager Matt has also said he will cycle 450miles aswell.

We’ve also been joined by Hardip Hundal of Valley Hill Builders Merchants in Loughton. Hardip will join Pat in the 100 miles Epping Forest walks.
