Gaming is such a huge part of my life. It's one of my main hobbies, and it's something that my husband and I spend a lot of time doing together. Thinking about having the ability to play games taken away from me following an accident, etc., is simply unfathomable. As such when I heard about SpecialEffect (https://www.specialeffect.org.uk) and the work that they do, I offered to volunteer for them in August 2018 at Insomnia63 at the NEC in Birmingham and I was welcomed into the fold with open arms.

GameBlast25 is taking place officially during 21st to 23rd February 2025.

I appreciate all and any donations - big or small, everything will go towards improving the quality of life for someone in the UK.
