I have foolishly decided that it's a good idea to do a half marathon whilst only having one arthritis free knee! I'm doing it for my son's excellent Speech and Language school, it is a wonderful place and has made all the difference for him but they need more funding. I'm hoping (maybe hopping) that this act can help.
