Hiking to end homelessness

Fundraising for Turning Tides Homelessness
£1,155
raised of £1,500 target
Three Peaks, 4 October 2024
Turning Tides is partnering with Global Adventure Challenges, taking on the Three Peaks Challenge and climbing the highest mountains in the UK – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon!

Story

I am climbing the highest mountains in the UK with Turning Tides.

Starting on the morning of Friday 4th October and ending on the morning of Saturday 5th October we’ll be tackling Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon in one go!

Anyone can become homeless and homelessness is a horrific situation to fall into. Any money you donate will help a homeless person in Sussex to build on their strengths and find a pathway out of homelessness.

Your donation could pay for:

- £20 – Emergency food pack for 1 week, 1 week of hot showers/breakfast at a Hub.

- £30 – One counselling session, one hour of support from a specialist worker (substance misuse, tenancy sustainment or mental health).

- £50 – One 2 hour outreach session or one emergency pack (sleeping bag/tent and food) for someone rough sleeping.

- £100 – A week of breakfasts and showers at the Hub for 5 people or 5 emergency food packs for someone rough sleeping.

Please cheer us on and support Turning Tides this October.

Thank you so much in advance, your donation will make a huge difference!
