A few years ago I abseiled down the Spinnaker Tower for the Army Benevolent Fund. It’s time to do it again this time for the Royal Navy Royal Marine's Charity (RNRMC).

HMS King Alfred will be abseiling the Spinnaker Tower on 6 July 2024.

The RNRMC support the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and their respective Reserve Forces in numerous ways. Almost all serving personnel will have benefited from the RNRMC, from sports funding to welfare. The charity also largely supports Service Personnel families, providing children's services and other pastoral care.
