In September 2023 my friend Paul and I completed our first 100km challenge as we walked the Thames Path from Putney Bridge in London to Henley on Thames.

It took us 26.5 hours including stops for food, rest and a bit of medical attention for sore/blistered feet.

Together we raised over £1200 for Prostate Cancer UK and that support absolutely helped drive us through the night when things got the hardest.

On June 8th/9th this year we're at it again, this time in the Lake District with another 100km ahead of us, only this time there's the additional 2500m of elevation to contend with.

We're also switching it up and raising much needed funds for MIND a mental health charity that is doing great work in around the UK supporting people of all ages.
