A Chance Meeting. A Shared Life Changing Mission.

Sometimes, life brings people together in ways we never expect. A chance meeting in a supermarket where I bumped into my fellow coffee drinker friend, Chris, where I also met his beautiful daughter, Aria. Her bright smile was unforgettable, but behind it was an awful reality—she is suffering with a severe, life-limiting disease. That moment really stuck with me. Then, as if fate had a plan, we met Chris again—this time with his wife, Areea, their son, Oscar, and Aria herself. It became clear—we were meant to help this family in any way we could.

A Family’s Fight, A Parent’s Worst Fear

No parent should ever have to hear that their child has a disease that will slowly take away their future—that, one by one, their organs will shut down unless a cure is found. Yet, this is the reality Aria and her family are facing. But we refuse to stand by and do nothing.

Climbing for a Cure

To help give Aria a fighting chance, my Dad Barry, twin brother Ricky, brother Jonathan, Uncle Jess, nephew Segurd, and myself are taking on an enormous challenge—climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. It will push us to our limits, but it’s nothing in comparison to what Aria has to suffer daily.
