Our daughter was born on the 29/02/2000 and was diagnosed with Glycogen Storage Disease (Rare Liver Disease) at 12 months old, GSD UK have supported us throughout and to say thank you to them on Rare Disease Day 2024 as our daughter is officially 6 this year we kindly ask for your donation.
