10 years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. I joined 150,000 others in the UK and 10 million worldwide and their loved ones in coming to terms with this relentless condition that currently has no known cure.

I’m lucky to have the support of so many to help me manage the condition and my condition has progressed slowly - many others aren’t so lucky.

With your help, we can find out what causes Parkinson’s and possibly stop it in its tracks or put it out of existence for the next generation , make sure that there are enough Parkinson’s nurses to help people no matter where they live in the UK and provide hope , care and support to help manage the more than 40 potential symptoms that people with Parkinson’s live with.
