In September I’m taking part in the Grand to Grand Ultra a 171 mile foot race starting at the Grand Canyon in Arizona and finishing at the Grand Staircase in Utah. The race is self supported so I will be carrying all my food and equipment.

I’m raising funds for Hospice at Home West Cumbria to support the fantastic work that they do.
