This Autumn I will be running in two half marathons , September and October to raise money and awareness on behalf of a worthy charity along with some of my colleagues from Forterra PLC

The great north run and the royal parks half are the events so I have tied them into this one page to simplify donations although this does mean that if i pick up a niggle in the first i will have to complete the second no matter what ... it seemed like a good idea at the time ?
