A charity very close to my heart and one that supported me in looking after my precious Dad. Dementia affects so many and there is very little practical support available at present. So I’m taking part in this challenge I have organised, for Dementia Active Charity to ensure their doors stay open and they continue the great work they do every day in helping bring a little light into the lives of people who are living with dementia and in turn offering carers some much needed respite time 🙏 thank you for your support ❤️
