Story
Hi Everyone!
This will be my first fundraiser run since I sustained a spinal injury in 2023. I hope to do many - spine allowing.
If you’ve been following my journey on my socials, you’re aware that I’ve been working hard to maintain a consistent running routine while grappling with the lasting effects of my injury. Engaging in movement during this process has proven to be profoundly healing, more so than I ever expected. So, while this endeavour feels daunting, it is also essential—both for my recovery and for NAT!
This cause is really important to me, and I’d appreciate any donations big or small - or even just sharing on your socials.
There are over 40 million individuals still living with AIDS. In 2023, 630,000 people died from HIV related causes. The funding and research for treatment must continue, we cannot afford to forget.
All my love,
Gabs

RED RUN is a celebration, an acknowledgement of work still to be done and an opportunity for each of us to remember those whose fight against HIV ended too soon. This is an opportunity to make sure the legacy of those we have lost to HIV is not forgotten.
Join National AIDS Trust and lace up for the 2024 World AIDS Day RED RUN. National AIDS Trust is the UKs HIV rights charity. We work to stop HIV from standing in the way of health, dignity and equality, and to end new HIV transmissions. Our expertise, research and advocacy secure lasting change to the lives of people living with and at risk of HIV. We continue to fight for the rights of all people living with HIV and challenge the stigma around HIV.
