I said I wouldn't but here I am again...

When the MNDA rang to ask if I'd like to run London 2024 I could hardly say no! So for what I'm nearly certain will be the final time I'm lacing up my trainers ready for Sunday 21st April 2024 in aid of the amazing Motor Neurone Disease Association because I'll keep banging this drum #UntilWeFindACure
