Story
Over the years, I’ve lost friends and family to cancer and fortunately, I’ve also seen some win the fight.
I’ve signed up for a 130 km ultramarathon. It will be long. It will be painful. I may not even finish.
But that pain is nothing compared to what cancer does to bodies, to lives, to families.
So while I’m out there pushing myself to the edge, I want this effort to mean more.
At Rapid.Assembly, we support Macmillan Cancer Support every year and this time, I’m adding my own challenge to that mission.
If this run can raise even a little support for Macmillan, it might help someone else feel a little less alone.
Because where there’s research, there’s hope. And where there’s hope, there’s strength.
My goal is just £100, but the impact can go much further.
Thank you for standing with me.
