For anyone who has found this page purely by chance, hello! We are Fuel Power, automotive content creators from the South of England, run mainly by Jake and Genevieve with the help of some fantastic friends. On the 24th February 2023, three teams of two set off for a 1000 mile drive round the UK in 1000cc (or less) cars bought for £1000 or less with the hope to raise awareness of and money for Crohn's and Colitis UK.

Right now, an estimated 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of, Jake included.

Because of the stigma and misunderstanding surrounding these diseases makes it very hard to come to terms with and talk about, hence why, until now we haven't really mentioned it. But we have a platform now, a place to share and raise awareness of those things close to our hearts, this being one of them!

But thanks to the support and information provided by Crohn's and Colitis UK, Jake is getting to grips with this life changing condition and Genevieve and the rest of the team members have been able to learn more about how best to help and support Jake, and anyone else living with Crohn's or Colitis!

We hope we can not only raise some money but also, more importantly awareness of this charity and in turn thank them for their hard work and support!
