Since 2018 I have participated each year in Movember in support of Men's Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and Testicular Cancer.

This year I wanted to take on a slightly more difficult challenge, rather than just growing a moustache. Growing a moustache whilst trekking from Lukla to Everest Base Camp, Nepal.

Overcoming personal mental health issues and talking to other men about theirs has been an amazing journey, and one that has surely led me out of the darkness and into an extremely positive place.

I hope that partaking in this expedition and raising money for these really important causes will help others to overcome difficult times and see the beauty this world has to offer.

I will be blogging throughout my trip and any support towards my goal would be greatly appreciated.
