Story

In our ever unwavering support of Freddie and his ongoing and increasing needs I have chosen to attempt a HUGE challenge by taking part in the London landmarks half marathon this coming April.

Freddie has cerebral palsy caused by a hypoxic injury at birth. Freddie is unable to talk, walk or do things that we all take for granted. However, he is a determined little boy who wants to live life to the full. Any money raised would go towards his physiotherapy, speech therapy and specialist equipment to help Freddie to be as independent as possible.

As Freddie is now approaching 10 years old, he is bigger and needs equipment to help him achieve his goals and everyday tasks. Freddie loves being outdoors and going for long walks in the country with his canine pal Max but to do this he needs equipment such as an all-terrain wheelchair. This will help Freddie to get out and about and see the world.

This marathon will be an immense challenge for me, but nothing compared to Freddie’s daily trials. We are immensely grateful for all the support of Freddie. Thank you.
