Exercise and I have historically not played well together. However, in December of last year I momentarily lost my mind and agreed to cycle from London Waterloo to the site of the Battle of Waterloo in Belgium - a route of 222 miles over 3 days at the end of July.

This is all in aid of supporting Waterloo Uncovered. This groundbreaking charity combines veteran welfare and recovery through archaeology on the battlefield of Waterloo. A pack of 60 riders from across the Asset Management industry will be pulling together to support this amazing cause.

Any donation will be helping to provide life changing support to veterans and serving military personnel.

Please help those who served their country when they need it the most (and me, when I do too!).
