Last year, Melissa, the kids and I were proud to participate in the Calgary Adopt-A-Family program at the holidays. While we consider ourselves extremely fortunate, there are countless local families in the Calgary area who will be struggling this holiday season, and feel it's our duty to help out where we can.

To date, the program has identified 550 (and counting) families in the Calgary area, with only 204 matched up with donors to date. The goal we've identified is to help out by adopting 6 more of these families, consisting of a families of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 members.

Anything you can offer to help us achieve this goal will help put a smile on these families faces, and take a little bit of stress off during the holidays, so they can focus on their time together. Like last year, we will happily match any/all donations from our family, friends and networks to ensure we meet the goal we've put into place. And of course, anything we raise extra exceeding the goal will not be wasted, as it will go towards supporting even more families in need.
