Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Herts Young Homeless (HYH) work with 16–24-year-old young people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness and those aged 10-15 whose families are at risk of relationship breakdown. HYH also work with those aged 18+, including care experienced young people and those with mental health and substance misuse challenges, with housing and support needs.

Their services empower young people to be able to deal with the difficult situations in their lives, giving them the ability and confidence to 'do it themselves' and ultimately find stability. To support this amazing charity, we will be taking part in their annual sleepout on 8th November 2024.

Many thanks in advance and appreciate any help you are able to give!
