The few people I have mentioned this to have asked me why on earth I have signed up to four hours of Clubbercise. Well, it's been a long time since I've been involved in an exercise related charity event. I am very much not a runner and so when this came along I jumped at the chance to be able to do something which I actively enjoy but is also a super big challenge. For me, Clubbercise is a chance for me to spend an hour a week dancing to the best club classics but it is also a tough aerobic workout. Dave will attest how exhausted (and bright red!!) I am after an hour of Clubbercise. Who knows what I will be like after four hours but I know that one thing which will keep me going is knowing that we are raising money for a great cause.

Cancer is a tragedy at any age. The work the Teenage Cancer Trust do to try and help teenagers through an unimaginably tough time is invaluable.
