FPE Charity Cycle, 19 July 2023
We stand for everyone affected by dementia to find a cure

Story

On the 19th July 2023 FPE Capital will be taking part in a two-day 105 miles charity cycle, in aid of Alzheimer’s Research UK.

We will be riding over 100 miles and climbing nearly 2,000 metres; starting in Carmarthen, up to Brecon to stay overnight and finishing in Bristol the following day. All this is in aid of Alzheimer’s Research UK, the UK's leading dementia and Alzheimer's disease research charity.

This is a charity that is close to a lot of our hearts at FPE, we are thrilled to be raising funds and contributing towards the important work they are doing. If nothing changes, one in two of us will see our lives devastated by dementia - either experiencing it ourselves or through a loved one

A bit about the charity:

Alzheimer’s Research UK, the UK's leading dementia and Alzheimer's disease research charity. Backed by passionate scientists and supporters, they are challenging the way people think about dementia, uniting the big thinkers in the field and funding the innovative science that will deliver a cure.

Their mission is to bring the first life changing treatment by 2025 and with our support and fundraising we can help them towards understanding the disease, diagnostic help, reducing and treating dementia effectively.
