We're tackling 4 of the highest mountains in Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland in 48 hours!

The challenge will see us summit Ben Nevis (1,345m), Scafell Pike (978m) Snowdon (1,085m) and Carrauntoohil (1,038m) within a 48-hour window. It’s going to be tough both physically and mentally we have a very strong committed team that will help us all tackle the challenges ahead.

We are doing this for a much loved local charity - The Tee of Life Centre in Wythenshawe, who welcome between 300-400 service users everyday. The support families with food, school uniforms, clothing, furniture, female hygiene products etc. you name it they do it.

The Tree of Life Centre engages with individuals and families of all ages, gender, ability and race affected by deprivation.

An average of 40,000 direct participants (not including their families) benefit from their services annually.

They work hard to:

- Minimise the effects of deprivation

- Enable financial independence

- Equip and support a work ready and skilled community

- Minimise social isolation

- Provide tailored health and wellbeing activities

- Build on the strengths of individuals

They do this through their

Food Pantry, Foodbank, Community Café, Furniture re-use, Health & Wellbeing Classes, Volunteering and pre-employment/job club with individual support and guidance.
