As you'll know, I lost my fiancé and best friend in 2021, we miss him terribly and he leaves a lasting legacy of laughter and memories we will never forget.

Last year, we ran the Hackney half for Core Arts and raised a whopping £7,000 which is amazing - thank you so much to everyone who donated.

This year we'll be running the Hackney Half again but this time for MindOut who are an LGBTQ mental health service.

Statistics demonstrate that mental health provision for LGBTQ individuals deserves far more specialism than is currently being provided. We have poorer outcomes and are stastically more likely to have suicidal ideations than our heterosexual counterparts.

Therefore, please consider donating to this amazing cause, to help support a beautiful soul like Ben was. Ben deserved so much more than the care/treatment he received.
